Our Client Services Representative will be held accountable for:
Upholding SmartBank's Core Values and Core Purpose.
Serving as primary contact for inbound customer inquiries by phone, live chat, and general bank email relating to their bank accounts, e-banking, debit cards, and general problem resolution.
Delivering superior customer service by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.
Ideal candidates for the role will include:
High School Diploma.
Minimum 1 year of banking experience preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
High ability to multi task and manage multiple products on multiple systems.
Excellent attention to detail required.
Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to maintain professional presence at all times.
Ability to interface with all levels associates and managers for both internal and external customers.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to apply knowledge and sound judgment in decision-making using established guidelines.
Willing to accept new ideas and methods and be agreeable to change.
Proficient level of computer competency including Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
