Position Summary
The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting various technical issues that are reported by SmartBank associates and thoroughly documenting the resolution of the issues.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Standard IT Responsibilities
Adheres to and embraces the SmartBank Way by Acting Smart, Looking Smart and Being Smart.
Ensures IT Service Desk tickets are responded to in a timely manner while striving to meet the Service Desk SLA's.
Provides exceptional customer service to SmartBank associates.
IT Support Analyst Responsibilities:
Troubleshoots and repairs servers and workstations and other hardware and software utilized by the bank.
Escalate tickets in a timely manner.
Work with vendors to troubleshoot issues when necessary.
Puts new hardware/software into operation.
Assists users with issues including, resetting passwords and computer/application issues.
Audits and updates inventory lists.
Assists users with Microsoft Office Products including email.
Assists users with smartphones, including troubleshooting issues.
Troubleshoots, maintains, and implements phone, communication and data systems.
Performs other IT related tasks.
Carries out such other duties that may be assigned or requested.
Position Requirements and Qualifications:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
